Soto Lamongan

This is one of my family favorite food 🙂

berhubung sering ada pertemuan di rumah saya, jadi seringlah saya ini buat Soto Lamongan karena mudah dan murah hehe

buat yang tertarik untuk membuatnya, berikut resep keluarga saya…dicoba deh, maknyussss buangetz

Bahan:

ayam kampung pejantan

kecambah dan kol

Telur rebus

Kerupuk udang

Bawang putih iris goreng

Bumbu yang dihaluskan: (untuk mengungkep ayamnya dulu ya, jadi ayamnya gak bau dan harum)

ketumbar (yg sudah disangrai terlebih dulu)

bawang merah, bawang putih, kunyit, salam, sereh, langkuas (laos)

Cara Masak:

Tumis bumbu yang dihaluskan,tambah cukup air untuk sekalian kuah nanti, masukan ayam sampai lunak.

setelah lunak, ayam disisihkan.

Sisa air ungkepan kita buat kuah soto. tambahkan lada bubuk dan daun jeruk purut 5 lembar.

Terakhir, masukan daun bawang (bawang pre).

Sambal Soto:

rebus cabe rawit, ditumbuk dan diberi air jeruk nipis dan kuah soto sedikit.

TIPS: untuk buat ayamnya tidak bau pas disuir-suir, ayam digoreng asal ajah baru deh disuir-suir.

Voilaaa, I’m here :)

Annyeong Haseo,

Its just great, this is my 3rd Blog actually. First my biz and second is my diary in blogger but it happened someone hacked it, yeah…its unbelievable. Even my yahoo account is also being hacked by that b**t**d.

enough, now I’m just happy coz I have my newest blog in word press, yeaaaahh. since I’m a newbie, would u like to assist me how shall I customize a personal theme??

I tell you, this blog will represent me who like blog walking, especially blog walking about traveling, Korean drama, find new recipes for my treasures hehehe. Just wait for my coming blogs about those favorite stuffs of mine, will ya? 🙂
